Exciting Times Ahead in 2016: A Recap of Recent Updates and Changes


At T&S Brass, we never want to rest on previous success. We understand that the market is changing and we need to change with it to better serve our customers. As a result of feedback from both our reps and our customers, we’ve been working on several continuous improvement initiatives.

Sales Management Realignment

For decades T&S has been serving both the foodservice and plumbing markets, and our internal sales force has been managing both sides of the business. But as our company continues to grow, it’s become clear that it’s time to divide the responsibilities so that these individuals can narrow their focus and deepen their expertise.

As of January 1, 2016, Teri Cain and Linda Seigler are now serving exclusively as Foodservice Regional Managers, while Jon Gustafson and Eric Eisenbarger are Lab/Plumbing Regional Managers. There’s also a team in place to support each person in their efforts. Zach Theisen will continue to cover North and South Carolina for Foodservice and Plumbing, and his territory is being expanded to also cover Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

Online Chat

Customers can now connect with T&S online for help with questions regarding part identification, custom modifications and product pricing or availability, among other topics. We want to give our customers choices in how they communicate with us, and we believe online chat will make our customer service department even more effective. The chat icon can be found under the contact page of our website. After a customer clicks on the icon and fills in the prompted information, they will almost instantly be connected with one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Reorganized POP Displays

T&S’ POP Foodservice Product Center Displays have been reimagined to maximize valuable floor space and make displaying and restocking T&S products easier than ever. Updates include full-color product pictures on boxes, a strategic mix of products to display with a helpful Plan-O-Gram to simplify set-up, hang tags that feature easy-to-access, bar-coded product information to make organization and reordering fast and easy, and more! FEDA Data Exchange

T&S is now part of the FEDA data exchange.

Revit Files and Submittals

We’ve been working hard to increase the number of Submittal sheets and Revit files online, with 1,300 product submittals complete and a complete revamp of our Revit files currently under way.

Enhanced Training Efforts

Not only has T&S University been revamped and more than a dozen new courses added in the past several months, but T&S is also working to provide CEU opportunities for consultants.

Continuous Website Improvement

2015 was a big year for, with the online product locator being redesigned and relaunched. It’s now easier than ever to search multiple categories, get crossover assistance and search a growing number of downloadable resources. We will continue to focus on ensuring our website continues to become an increasingly valuable and user-friendly resource to our reps and customers.
