ChekPoint® Hydro-Generator for Electronic Faucet Line

Travelers Rest, S.C.—March 17, 2009—T&S Brass, a leading manufacturing of plumbing and foodservice equipment, announces the launch of the Hydro-Generator for the ChekPoint® faucet line. ChekPoint, T&S Brass' electronic faucet line, now offers customers a new power option with the Hydro-Generator.
A self-contained power source, the Hydro-Generator creates and stores its own power with the flow of water and alleviates the need for a transformer or batteries. Now offering more power options, ChekPoint electronic faucets already provide water conservation, hygiene and cost saving benefits. Through water conservation, the use of T&S ChekPoint EC-Hydrogen and/or T&S ChekPoint electronic faucets may qualify towards credits for LEED certification.

ChekPoint electronic faucets with the Hydro-Generator (EC-HYDROGREN) will have the same model number, but will be followed by a “HG” designation. The Hydro-Generator is also available for individual purchase and easily retro-fits to any second-generation T&S ChekPoint electronic faucet.
